Dave Loveland, Former Senior Vice President, Evanston Northwestern Healthcare

Mr. Loveland has dedicated the last 20 years of a 30-year marketing career to healthcare. Most recently he served as the senior vice president in corporate relations for Evanston Northwestern Healthcare in Illinois. He also has served as the vice president of marketing for Caremark Homecare and the COO and partner for Sturm Communications Group. Mr. Loveland is a member of the Healthcare Leadership Council's public affairs committee, the National Committee for Quality Healthcare's public affairs committee, and a conference chair and board advisor for the Healthcare Strategy Institute. He holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri.

Mark McKenna, Former President and CEO, Novation LLC

Mr. McKenna served on the management team that structured the joint venture between VHA and UHC, resulting in the creation of Novation. He joined VHA Inc. in April 1987 and held several senior management assignments in VHA's supply chain management division. Prior to joining VHA, Mr. McKenna was director of marketing for IMED Corp. of San Diego, a manufacturer of drug delivery systems. His previous experience includes sales and marketing assignments with Johnson & Johnson and American Hospital Supply Corp. Mr. McKenna currently serves on the board of directors of Novation and HealthCare Purchasing Partners International, LLC. He also served on the Neoforma Inc. board from 2000 to 2003 and is the current chairman of the board of the Health Industry Group Purchasing Association. Mr. McKenna has a bachelors degree in business from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston.

Sheldon King , Former CEO of Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Stanford University Hospital

Named one of the nations "Who's Who" several times over, Mr. King's experience in healthcare management spans more than 50 years. In addition to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Stanford University, he has held leadership positions at Salick Health Care Inc.; University of California, Los Angeles; University of California Medical Center, San Diego; and The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He has served on myriad boards and councils and is currently a member of the Robert Wood Johnson Nurse Fellows Program National Advisory Committee; the Carondolet Health Network Board of Trustees Quality Committee in Tucson, Arizona; and INFOHEALTH Management Corporations Board of Trustees in Chicago. Mr. King holds a masters degree in hospital administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University College of Arts and Science.
